Regulamentação da Profissão DJ ainda divide opiniões

O projeto de lei, de autoria do senador Romeu Tuma (PTB-SP) para regulamentar a profissão de DJ, que Apesar de parecer bem intencionado está gerando polêmica entre os DJs.

Entre outras coisas, a lei prevê que o profissional tenha registro na Delegacia Regional do Trabalho e curso profissionalizante reconhecido pelo MEC para poder discotecar. Além disso, todos os eventos que escalarem um DJ estrangeiro terão que garantir a participação de 70% de DJs nacionais.

Em entrevista ao jornal Folha de S.Paulo, os DJs parecem divididos. Magal, Residente do clube Vegas, em São Paulo, disse ao jornal que não concorda com a lei. Já o DJ Bunnys, proprietário da escola DJ Ban, falou à Folha que o projeto pode "criar um vínculo empregatício com as empresas".

O projeto ainda precisa ser votada no plenário do Senado. Se aprovado, vai para a Câmara dos Deputados e depois precisa da sanção do presidente Lula.
